I am the youngest of three sons. My family moved from Iran to the United States when I was 13 years old. At the time, I understood my culture but adjusting to a new life here was incredibly difficult.

Through it all, one thing always brought me back: food.

Food has a way of taking you to a place and time that feels like home. For me, dessert held a special place in my heart. It wasn’t just about the sweetness it was about the memories behind it. Sharing cupcakes on birthdays or enjoying something homemade after dinner, dessert always brought joy and a sense of togetherness.

We didn’t have a local supermarket around the corner, so my mom had to improvise. She spent hours in the kitchen, trying to recreate and perfect the flavors I missed.

That’s where this journey begins.

Now, I want to share those flavors with you especially Persian ice cream. Each one reflects the richness and originality of Persian culture, created for everyone to enjoy and experience something new.
